Baktipadu Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated on 13th September, 1985 in Malaysia under the Malaysian Companies Act, 1965 as a private Company limited by shares.
The Company’s principal business revolves around real estate development and contracting, being a licensed housing developer under the Housing Developers Act, 1966.
The Company’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mr. David Wong Fook Loong started the Company and is now leading the Company into its’ 36th year of operation.
The Company under Mr. David Wong’s stewardship has attained the status of a
premier housing developer in residential and commercial properties and had since completed projects throughout Malaysia.
The Company has also expanded to China and has completed residential and commercial projects in GuangZhou, China.
In a record time of 36 years span (1985 - 2020), our Company has completed a total of 50 projects covering from residential to commercial and industrial projects both in Malaysia and China.
The estimated overall value of total completed projects to date is in the region of RM 606,102 Million
